About the Product and Brand
The Cossiga LSCM5 Ceramic Heated Glass Buffet Display is a practical drop-in solution designed for presenting hot food within commercial buffet and foodservice counters. At 1825mm wide, it accommodates four 1/1 GN pans, providing generous capacity for hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering operations and self-service dining areas. Its satin black ceramic heated glass creates an attractive presentation while providing a functional surface for professional hot food service.
The ceramic heated glass works with overhead heating to help maintain food at suitable serving conditions across the display. Stainless steel locking divider bars provide flexibility for arranging different gastronorm pan configurations, while warm white LED gantry lighting enhances food visibility and presentation. A foam-insulated double-skin base supports practical integration into compatible commercial counters, making the LSCM4 well suited to purpose-built buffet and serving installations.
Cossiga specialises in professional food display equipment developed around attractive merchandising, flexible installation and practical commercial operation. Its Linear Series includes heated, refrigerated and bain marie display solutions designed for hospitality businesses seeking functional and visually appealing food presentation equipment.
