About the Product and Brand

FryMax 42L Electric Oil Filter Machine EOF-42

The FryMax EOF‑42 is a high‑capacity, electric oil filtration unit engineered for commercial kitchens, particularly those with heavy fryer usage such as restaurants, food trucks or catering operations. It has a 42‑litre capacity, meaning it can process large volumes of used oil in one batch, which helps reduce downtime. Built largely from stainless steel, the unit is durable, easy to clean, and designed to stand up to regular use. It uses a dual‑stage filtration system: a coarse 300‑micron pre‑filter screen basket to catch larger particles and debris, followed by a finer 10‑micron filter to remove smaller suspended solids. For faster handling and convenience, it includes a reverse pump that draws oil into the filtration chamber and sends it back either into the fryer or a holding tank via a quick‑disconnect hose. Its pump is rated around 3.5 gallons per minute (GPM), giving an average flow of about 13 litres per minute, which helps speed up the filtration cycle.
