About the Product and Brand

Tecnodom Nerino TD-3NE 3 Tray Convection Oven

The TD-3NE is a compact convection oven from the “Nerone” line of Tecnodom — built entirely in stainless steel (inside and out), with a clean, durable finish and rounded-corner cooking chamber for easier cleaning. It holds three GN 2/3 trays (with about 80 mm spacing between tray levels), making it suitable for small-batch baking, reheating, snacks, pizza slices, pastry, or hot plates in small cafes, kiosks, or kitchens.

Functionally, the oven offers a wide temperature range from 30 °C up to 280 °C, giving flexibility for light baking, roasting, warming or general cooking tasks. An internal global-diffusion ventilation system helps maintain even heat distribution across trays — a plus for consistent cooking results. Its controls are straightforward and mechanical (timer up to 60 minutes or infinite, plus thermostat), which simplifies operation and reduces chances of malfunction — a benefit for kitchens that prefer reliability over complexity.
