About the Product and Brand
Tecnodom TDE-3BD Nerone EKO 3 x 600x400 Tray Digital Convection Oven
The TDE‑3BD is a compact yet capable digital convection oven that holds three full‑size 600 × 400 mm trays — giving enough capacity for multiple loaves, batches, or trays of baked goods at once. Its stainless‑steel cooking chamber with rounded corners makes cleaning and maintenance easier, and the oven is built to meet hygiene and durability demands. The oven door has tempered low‑E glass for insulation and visibility, and the double‑fan convection system ensures even heat distribution across all trays.
From a practicality standpoint, the TDE‑3BD is compact enough to fit on a standard kitchen bench (external dimensions ~ 775 × 720 × 560 mm) and runs on a standard 240 V, 15‑amp plug — so you don’t need a heavy-duty power setup. It has non‑slip feet for stability, safety features such as the automatic fan cut‑off when the door opens, and an interlocking gasket system for a reliable door seal. All these make it a good “all‑rounder” convection oven — ideal for small bakeries, cafés, or restaurants that need reliable, consistent performance without oversized or overly complex equipment.
