About the Product and Brand
Tecnodom TDE-3B Nerone EKO 3 Tray Convection Oven
The TDE‑3B is a commercial‑grade convection oven designed to hold three 600 × 400 mm trays — making it suitable for small‑to‑medium bakeries, cafés, or kitchens that do frequent batch‑cooking or baking but don’t need a massive oven. Its cooking chamber is made of stainless steel with rounded corners, which helps with hygiene and easy cleaning. The oven door uses tempered low‑E glass together with an “Overture” folding door design — giving easy access while ensuring decent insulation and heat retention.
On performance, the TDE‑3B offers a wide temperature range from 50 °C to 280 °C, making it versatile — useful for baking bread or pastries, roasting, reheating, or general cooking tasks. Its built‑in 60‑minute timer (or infinite) and 84 mm spacing between trays allow fairly flexible cooking batches. Dimension‑ and power‑wise, it has a compact footprint (about 775 × 700 × 560 mm) and runs on a typical 240 V, 3.1 kW / 15 A supply — meaning it could work in many commercial kitchens without overly heavy electrical requirements. Overall, the TDE‑3B strikes a good balance between capacity, flexibility, ease of maintenance, and suitability for small to moderate‑scale food businesses (bakeries, cafés, catering).
