About the Product and Brand
Tecnodom TDE-4CGN Nerone EKO 4 GN 1/1 Tray Convection Oven
The TDE‑4CGN is a commercial‑grade convection oven designed to hold 4 × GN 1/1 trays (standard gastronorm trays), with about 84 mm spacing between trays — giving you enough capacity for batch cooking or baking for small‑to‑medium kitchens, bakeries, cafés, or catering operations. Its cooking chamber is built of stainless steel with rounded corners, which helps with hygiene and makes cleaning easier. The external footprint is fairly compact — about 686 mm (W) × 660 mm (D) × 580 mm (H) — so it fits on a standard kitchen bench or work surface without needing excessive space.
On the performance side, TDE‑4CGN offers a versatile temperature range from 50 °C up to 280 °C, suitable for baking, roasting, reheating — a wide variety of cooking tasks. It uses a tempered low‑E glass door with an “overture folding” mechanism, which gives easy access and good insulation, while LED alarms, a secure gasket sealing system, IPX3 splash‑resistant rating, and high‑resistance door hinges add to its robustness — all important in a busy commercial kitchen environment. This makes the TDE‑4CGN a well‑balanced oven: compact enough for smaller spaces but with sufficient capacity and build quality for serious cooking and baking workloads.
