Tecnodom TD-10NE Nerone MID 10 Tray Digital Combi Oven

The TD-10NE is part of the “Nerone MID” line from Tecnodom and is built in Italy — a fully electric, digital combi oven that supports up to 10 trays (600×400 mm) or 10 GN 1/1 trays inside the chamber. It offers a wide temperature range from 30 °C up to 280 °C, giving you flexibility to roast, bake, steam (with optional water injection), or use convection — suitable for bread, pastry, meat, fish, or general casserole-type dishes. The chamber’s internal dimensions — about 680 mm (L) × 480 mm (D) × 840 mm (H) — and a tray spacing of 80 mm give decent headroom for a variety of dishes while keeping a relatively compact external footprint (840 mm × 910 mm × 1150 mm) for a commercial-grade oven.
