About the Product and Brand

Tecnodom DO5 100L Blast Chiller and Shock Freezer

The DO5 offers a generous 100-litre chamber capacity, giving substantially more storage/processing space than smaller models. It’s capable of chilling up to 20 kg of hot food (≈ +70 °C) down to +3 °C — or deep-freezing up to 15 kg from the same temperature down to –18 °C..

Built in Italy and compliant with food-safety standards (HACCP), it features a digital controller with chamber and core probes, so chefs can monitor internal and product temperatures precisely — which helps ensure food safety and consistency.
