About the Product and Brand

Tecnodom TD-6NE Nerone MID 6 Tray Digital Combi Oven

The TD-6NE is a 100 % Italian-made, electric digital combi oven built for professional kitchens, with capacity for 6 trays (600 × 400 mm or GN 1/1) and tray spacing of 80 mm. The oven chamber measures about 680 mm (L) × 480 mm (D) × 520 mm (H), while external dimensions are roughly 840 mm × 920 mm × 835 mm — a relatively compact footprint for a commercial oven. Its total electrical power rating is 7.65 kW (requiring a 380–415 V 3-phase connection), so it’s best suited for a properly wired commercial kitchen rather than a typical residential setting.

Functionally, the TD-6NE supports a wide temperature range of 30 °C to 280 °C, allowing for versatile cooking modes — from gentle proofing or slow roasting up to high-heat baking or roasting. It can operate either as a dry convection oven or, if configured, with optional water-injection (steam/humidity) — a feature useful for baking bread with a crisp crust or cooking dishes that need moisture retention.
