Airex Sandwich Prep Benches

Airex Sandwich Preparation benches off er a range of fl exible options including 1, 2 and 3 door confi gurations with the option of a sleek and modern, toughened frameless glass gantry, fi xed with mid-shelf. High-end quality and aesthetic with 1/3 GN pan compatibility, the refrigerated service well generates cold air that distributes both above and below ingredient pans. The unique full-length, coated evaporator coil provides uniformed cooling across the entire well while operating as a fully self-contained unit.

Supplied with sliding Perspex lids for the blown well, digital temperature display and control, cutting board, 100mm deep 1/3GN pan and removable fi lters for easy cleaning.

Fitted castors (3 lockable) provide the perfect solution for ongoing hygiene and fl exibility.
