About the Product and Brand
Tecnodom TDE-4CD Nerone EKO 4 x 435x350 Tray Digital Convection Oven
The TDE‑4CD is a compact but capable digital convection oven that fits four 435×350 mm trays — giving you enough capacity for small‑to‑medium batch baking or cooking. The interior is a stainless‑steel chamber with rounded corners, which helps with easy cleaning and hygiene. It uses a double‑fan convection system for even heat distribution across all trays, and offers a wide temperature range from 50 °C to 280 °C, making it versatile enough for baking bread, pastries, roasting, reheating, or general cooking tasks. Controls are digital and user‑friendly, with recipe memory (up to 9 recipes), a timer (60‑minute or continuous mode), and even internal lighting so you can check progress without opening the door.
On the practical side, the oven is built for reliability and safety: the fan automatically stops when the door is opened, there is a tempered low‑e glass door for insulation and visibility, non‑slip feet, and an IPX3 splash‑resistant rating — useful in busy kitchens. Its external size (roughly 589 × 680 × 580 mm) is compact enough for many commercial kitchens without taking too much space, and the relatively modest power draw (about 2.35 kW on 240 V / 10 A supply) makes it easier to install without heavy-duty electrical requirements.
