The Cossiga BTGHT12-SD Freestanding Commercial Heated Food Display Cabinet is a compact 1200mm-wide solution for presenting hot food in professional foodservice environments. Its self-service configuration features sliding front doors with a hinged rear door, providing convenient customer access while allowing staff to replenish products from behind. Four adjustable wire shelves plus the base offer multiple merchandising levels for cafés, bakeries, takeaway outlets and convenience stores.
Double-element convection heating helps distribute warmth throughout the cabinet, maintaining an operating temperature of 75–85°C. The wire shelves can be adjusted for height and angle to accommodate different products and presentation requirements. Fixed ticket strips make pricing and identification straightforward, while warm white LED lighting beneath the shelves and canopy enhances food presentation and visibility throughout the display.
